In May, the added value of industrial enterprises above a designated size in the province increased by 7.4% year-on-year, which was 1.6 percentage points higher than the national average; from January to May, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size in the province increased by 8.4%, which was 2.1 percentage points higher than the national average. In May, the total retail sales of consumer goods in the province was 235.221 billion yuan, an increase of 8.5% year-on-year, which was 0.4 percentage points faster than the previous month. Since the beginning of the year, the growth rate has been accelerating month by month, which was 2.1 percentage points higher than the national average; from January to May, the total retail sales of consumer goods in the province was 1.182014 trillion yuan, a growth of 7.5%, which was 0.3 percentage points faster than the previous month, and 2.5 percentage points higher than the national average.
