The Office of the Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters of Heilongjiang Province, along with other departments, jointly issued a meteorological risk warning for mountain flood disasters on the 17th, reminding all areas to closely monitor weather conditions and changes in rainfall, and strengthen analysis and judgment. At 22:00 on June 17, the Office of the Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters of Heilongjiang Province, the Department of Water Resources of Heilongjiang Province, and the Meteorological Bureau of Heilongjiang Province jointly issued a meteorological risk warning for mountain flood disasters. It is expected that from 8:00 on June 18 to 8:00 on June 20, areas such as Gagdaqi, Huzhong, Xinlin, Huma, Aihui, Nenjiang, Wudalianchi, Sunwu, Keshan, Kedong, Nehe, Shangzhi, Wuchang, Fangzheng, Hegang, Huachuan, Jixian, Qitaihe, Boli, Jixi, Jidong, Muleng, Linkou, and Hailin in Heilongjiang Province have a certain risk of mountain flood disasters. It is recommended to closely monitor weather conditions and changes in rainfall, strengthen analysis and judgment, and timely issue warning information to relevant townships and villages; at the same time, strengthen inspection and risk prevention, and organize the evacuation of residents in dangerous areas in advance if necessary to ensure the safety of the people. The person in charge of the Heilongjiang Provincial Meteorological Bureau stated that in the next week, there will be multiple days of precipitation in Heilongjiang Province, with a process of moderate to heavy rain from west to east in the province from the 18th to the 21st. The distribution of rainfall is uneven, with some areas in the central and northern parts experiencing heavy rain, accompanied by thunderstorms, strong short-term rainfall, hail, and other severe convective weather.
