On June 17th, in response to the news that black foreign objects were found in the newly created brand Dewei sanitary napkins by Huang Zitao, the official flagship store of Dewei released a statement this evening. The statement pointed out that the main reason for the "black dot problem" raised by users is that some protruding fibers in the non-woven fabric production process are thermally carbonized, resulting in a very small probability of black dots or black filaments appearing, which are not harmful substances and can be used with confidence. At the same time, the industry's control standard for such black dots is around 0.5mm, while Dewei's visual inspection control standard is around 0.3mm, making it difficult for smaller black dots to be recognized and removed by machines. In response to the above issues, although it does not affect the use, the company also understands the "winning" feeling, so consumers can communicate with customer service in a timely manner to receive a new product directly.
