Under JD.com, Dada has completed privatization and will voluntarily delist.

Dada Group announces in a statement that the privatization transaction has been completed. Dada Group stated that, in accordance with the merger agreement and plan previously announced on April 1, 2025, it has completed the merger with JD Sunflower Merger Sub Limited, a subsidiary of JD Sunflower Investment Limited. The parent company is wholly owned by JD.com, Inc. As a result of the merger, the company has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the parent company and will cease trading as a publicly listed company.
