Chinese Media Announcement: The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Chinese Media Blue Ocean International Investment Co., Ltd., intends to subscribe for shares of Nan Chang Guochen Innovation No.1 Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise Fund initiated by Shanghai Guochen Entrepreneurship Investment Management Co., Ltd. The target capital commitment of the Guochen No.1 Fund is 1.5 billion RMB. Blue Ocean International Investment, as a limited partner, intends to contribute 40 million RMB of its own funds, accounting for 2.74% of the fund size. The fund has been filed with the China Securities Investment Fund Association with the filing number SACZ28. As of the announcement date, Blue Ocean International Investment has already used a total of 580 million RMB of special investment funds.
