Sanhua Intelligent Control plans to globally issue 360 million H shares.

On June 17th, Sanhua Intelligent Control announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to globally issue 360,330,000 H shares, with 25,223,100 shares to be issued in Hong Kong and 335,106,900 shares to be issued internationally. The issue price will not exceed HK$22.53. The expected pricing date is June 19, 2025, and it is anticipated that the trading of H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will begin on June 23, 2025.
