According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Inner Mongolia Erdos City Yunda New Energy Co., Ltd. was established with Hu Shi as the legal representative and registered capital of 5 million yuan. Its business scope includes: generator and generator set manufacturing; solar power generation technology services; wind power generation technology services; power generation technology services; battery manufacturing; battery parts production; battery sales; and battery parts sales. According to the equity penetration displayed by Enterprise Check, the company is indirectly wholly owned by Yunda Group.
