Han Yu Group Announcement: Mr. Shihua Shan, the controlling shareholder of the company, recently released a pledge of 8.985 million shares, accounting for 4.34% of his total shareholding and 1.49% of the total share capital of the company. As of June 16, 2025, Mr. Shihua Shan and his concerted action parties have pledged a total of 74.58 million shares, accounting for 36.03% of his total shareholding and 12.37% of the total share capital of the company.
