The latest data released by the Singapore Enterprise Development Bureau on the 17th showed that non-oil domestic exports declined by 3.5% year-on-year in May, after a 12.4% increase in April. A recent research report by the Singapore Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation indicated that this reflects a weakening trend in the earlier "shipping rush" behavior. The data shows that the export growth rate of electronic products in May fell significantly to 1.7%, lower than April's 23.4%. Among them, the growth in exports of personal computers and integrated circuits slowed down, while exports of printed circuit board assemblies continued to decline, decreasing by 32.1% year-on-year.
