According to statistics from the Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association, in the 24th week of 2025, a total of 1474 second-hand houses were sold in Shenzhen, representing an increase of 38.3% compared to the previous week. The Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association believes that after the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, some accumulated demand has been gradually released, leading to a restorative rebound in the volume of second-hand houses sold. Based on publicly available data on the number of second-hand houses for sale, as of June 16, 2025, there were a total of 71,831 valid second-hand houses for sale in Shenzhen, a decrease of 510 units from the previous week.
