When purchasing new commercial housing or second-hand housing in the urban area of Hangzhou, individuals can use the balance in their provident fund personal account to directly pay the down payment. For purchasing new commercial housing in the urban area of Hangzhou, the direct payment extraction can be processed online through the "Zhe Li Ban" platform. Meanwhile, Hangzhou City Investment Group's Anju Ningchao, in collaboration with Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing Provident Fund, has officially launched the first "provincial direct payment of housing provident fund for rent" service in the province, further increasing support for depositors in terms of renting housing with housing provident fund.
