On June 17th, the land parcel at the intersection of Jiangshan South Road and Qiantangjiang Road in Qingdao was successfully sold, with Jinan Zhonghai Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. winning the bid with a total price of 737 million yuan, and the transaction price of the floor land was 7999 yuan per square meter.
