On June 16th, the Guangzhou Urban Planning and Natural Resources Bureau disclosed information that the reserved land east of Chisha Creek in Haizhu District will undergo planning adjustments. The originally planned land for e-sports enterprises will be converted into residential land. This adjustment involves various aspects such as land nature, plot ratio, building density, and height restrictions. The land nature will be changed from commercial land to Class II residential land compatible with commercial facilities and plaza land. The plot ratio will decrease from 5.0 to 3.43, with a total building area reduced from 250,000 square meters to 170,000 square meters, a decrease of 80,000 square meters. The building density will decrease from 55% to 28%, and the distance between buildings will be more spacious. In addition, the height restriction will decrease from 220 meters to 100 meters.
