According to the equity disclosure data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Wang Xing accumulated a total of 5.737 million shares of Xpeng Motors from June 10th to June 13th, with a total cash-out amount exceeding 600 million Hong Kong dollars. His shareholding in the company decreased from 20.94% to 20.61%. It is reported that this is the second consecutive reduction in holdings of Xpeng Motors by Wang Xing this year. From March 18 to March 21, Wang Xing reduced his holdings of Xpeng Motors by 6.5 million shares over 4 trading days, cashing out approximately 700 million Hong Kong dollars. His shareholding decreased from 21.3% to 20.94%, making him still an important shareholder of Xpeng Motors. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement also indicated that on March 18, 2025, Wang Xing reduced his stake in Xpeng Motors by 1.5 million shares, with an average selling price of 110.9737 Hong Kong dollars, cashing out approximately 166 million Hong Kong dollars.
