China Association of Automobile Manufacturers: From January to May, sales of commercial vehicles reached 1.746 million units and production reached 1.753 million units, an increase of 4.2% and 1.2% year-on-year, respectively.

According to the Zhixun Finance and Economics APP, the China Automobile Industry Association analyzed that in May, among the main types of commercial vehicles, compared with the previous month, the production and sales of buses and trucks both declined to varying degrees; compared with the same period last year, the production and sales of buses increased, while the production of trucks increased but sales decreased. In May, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 336,000 and 335,000 respectively, a decrease of 7.4% and 8.8% respectively compared to the previous month, with production increasing by 4.4% year-on-year and sales decreasing by 2% year-on-year. From January to May, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 1.746 million and 1.753 million respectively, an increase of 4.2% and 1.2% year-on-year respectively.
