According to the official WeChat account of "Tianjin Release", the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security recently issued a notice on the employment of young people, including college graduates, in Tianjin in the year 2025. Starting from January 1, 2025, new graduate and unemployed college graduates within two years of leaving school, as well as unemployed youth aged 16 to 24, will be required to sign a labor contract for one year or more and have their unemployment, work-related injury, and employee pension insurance premiums fully paid by local insured enterprises and social organizations for a minimum of 3 months, at a standard of 1000 yuan per person, and receive a one-time employment subsidy. This policy will be implemented until December 31, 2025. In public recruitment in institutions, more than 50% of the total number of positions will be reserved for recent graduates in order to give priority to their employment.
