Tianyancha's risk information shows that on June 16th, Shenzhen Baoneng Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Qoros Automotive Co., Ltd. have added a new entry of a person subject to execution. The amount of the execution is over 2.7 billion yuan, and it is related to a financial loan contract dispute with the Export-Import Bank of China. The executing court is the Suzhou Intermediate People's Court in Jiangsu Province.
