Recently, the Hubei Provincial Data Bureau issued the "Action Plan for Promoting the Development of Trusted Data Space in Hubei Province", aiming to promote the integrated development of trusted data space in terms of "construction, usage, management, and service", forming a closed loop of "building space, using data, activating mechanisms, and strengthening ecology" to support the high-quality development of the digital economy. Trusted data space is an important carrier for supporting the construction of a national integrated data market. By integrating various security technologies, governance rules, and operating models, it breaks data silos, promotes the sharing and collaborative use of data resources, and provides strong support for the construction of a national integrated data market. The "Action Plan" proposes that by 2028, Hubei will have built no less than 30 outstanding trusted data spaces, developed no less than 300 application scenarios, put on the shelves no less than 2000 data products, and basically established the systems of trusted data space technology, operations, ecology, standards, and security. This will achieve effective coverage of infrastructure networks, support inclusive and convenient services, integrate diverse application ecologies, and ensure secure and controllable data circulation.
