Recently, the Hubei Provincial Data Bureau issued the "Action Plan for Promoting the Development of Trusted Data Spaces in Hubei Province," aimed at promoting the integrated development of "building, using, managing, and serving" trusted data spaces, forming a closed loop of "building spaces, using data, activating mechanisms, and strengthening ecosystems," and helping to promote the high-quality development of the digital economy. Trusted data spaces are an important carrier for supporting the construction of a nationwide integrated data market. By integrating various security technologies, governance rules, and operating modes, breaking data silos, promoting the sharing and collaborative use of data resources, and providing strong support for the construction of a nationwide integrated data market. The "Action Plan" proposes that by 2028, Hubei will have built no less than 30 outstanding trusted data spaces, developed no less than 300 application scenarios, listed no less than 2000 data products, and established the basic systems of trusted data space technology, operation, ecology, standards, and security, achieving effective coverage of infrastructure networks, support for universal and convenient services, diverse integration of application ecosystems, and secure and controllable data circulation.
