Researcher: Short-term fluctuations will not change the stable trend of the real estate market.
National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference member, President of the China Real Estate Appraisers and Agents Association, and researcher Chai Qiang pointed out in an article in China Construction Daily that recently, the National Bureau of Statistics released relevant data on the real estate market in May. From the data itself, in 70 large and medium-sized cities, the prices of new and second-hand residential properties in various tier cities have shown a month-on-month decline, indicating a slight decline in the real estate market in May compared to the previous period. With various stabilizing policies for the real estate market gradually taking effect, the real estate market remains overall stable. In the near future, the important consensus reached in the China-US trade negotiations and the State Council executive meeting held on June 13 are all beneficial for restoring confidence in the real estate market.
