Apple Insider claims that the "Made in America" Trump phone is actually made in China.

The Trump Group announced the launch of the Trump Mobile phone. Trump stated that the phone will use "Made in America" phones and services. The first model is T1, starting at $499, with a configuration of 12GB+256GB, operating system is Android 15, and will be launched in September. According to Apple Insider, analysts pointed out that the Trump T1 phone is very similar to the T-Mobile REVVL 7 Pro 5G developed by Wingtech Technology, and the model should be produced in China. In addition, there are reports that the Trump Group does not directly participate in hardware design or communication services, but continues to license the "Trump" name to third parties.
