The land area is 11,875.04 square meters, with a planned construction area of 14,250.048 square meters and a plot ratio of 1.2. The starting price of the land was 130 million yuan, with a starting floor price of 9,123 yuan per square meter. After 29 rounds of bidding, Zhejiang Hualei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. finally won the bid with a total price of 158 million yuan, at a transaction floor price of 11,088 yuan per square meter, a premium rate of 21.54%.
