Prior to this, Li Donghui had already stepped down from positions at Zhejiang Geely Automobile Holdings Limited and Zhejiang Yizhen New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Geely Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2022, with Berlin Sen as the legal representative, registered capital of approximately 300 million RMB, and its business scope includes software development, software outsourcing services, information technology consulting services, etc., with Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Geely Intelligent Innovation Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. holding shares jointly.
