According to the Qichacha APP, recently the company Glaimai Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established, with SHIN SUNG as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million RMB. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of semiconductor device special equipment; sales of semiconductor device special equipment; manufacturing of non-metallic mineral products; sales of non-metallic minerals and products; research and development of mechanical equipment; manufacturing of electric motors, and more. Equity penetration shown by Qichacha indicates that the company is jointly owned by Guangli Technology's subsidiary Guangli Ruihong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and GENESEM INC.
