The land area is 27,520 square meters, with a planned construction area of 34,400 square meters, a plot ratio of 1.25, a maximum building height of 46 meters, a starting price of 326.8 million yuan, and a starting floor price of 9,500 yuan per square meter. After two rounds of bidding, it was won by Yuyuan Holdings Group Co., Ltd. for a total price of 331.8 million yuan, with a transaction floor price of 9,645 yuan per square meter, a premium rate of 1.53%.
