Hangzhou: "Implementation Rules for Building an International Consumer City with "Enjoy Now, Buy Now, Return" Policy" is open for public opinion.

In order to expand the layout of the "buy-now, refund-now" tax refund points, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce has publicly solicited opinions on the "Implementation Measures for Creating an International Consumption City with 'Buy-Now, Refund-Now' Preferential Treatment". Among them, it is mentioned that support will be provided for new points: for newly added tax refund "buy-now, refund-now" points by 2025, companies will be given a maximum equipment purchase subsidy of no more than 5000 yuan for each point; scale promotion will be encouraged: for companies with tax refund sales exceeding 1 million yuan by 2025, a reward of 1.5% of the tax refund sales increase and 2% of the "buy-now, refund-now" sales increase will be given; shipping costs will be reduced: for international parcels in 2025, companies will be supported with up to 50% of the international postage for a single parcel, with a maximum subsidy of 300 yuan for a single parcel; to promote inbound consumption: travel agencies organizing group tours to tax refund stores for shopping trips will be awarded 25 yuan per person for visiting the store, as well as 25 yuan per person for additional consumption.
