According to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, the agent has conditionally agreed to subscribe and pay, or cause the subscriber to subscribe and pay, for bonds with a total principal amount of HK$8.8 billion. The issue price of the bonds will be 100.00% of the total principal amount, and the face value of each bond will be HK$2 million and its multiples.
