Last year, a hedge fund with a return rate of 42% liquidated its holdings in NVIDIA. The founder had previously called it the best stock pick of his lifetime.
Jonah Cheng, founder of the hedge fund Captain Global Fund, once called Nvidia the best stock in his career, but he has now sold all the shares of the company. The former UBS analyst's tech fund had a return rate of up to 42% last year. Cheng sold his Nvidia shares in the first quarter of this year due to concerns related to delays with the GB200 server. He stated that inventory risks, failure to revise profit forecasts upward, competition from custom chips, etc., were all reasons for him to avoid the stock.
