Criticism is growing as Strategy (MSTR.US) shifts towards using preferred shares to purchase Bitcoin.

Zhitong Finance APP learned that Michael Saylor's Strategy(MSTR.US) purchased $1.05 billion worth of Bitcoin in the past week, making it the third consecutive week for the cryptocurrency company to use preferred shares instead of common shares to fund the purchase.
