The aviation industry ETF rose by more than 3.2%, leading the U.S. industry ETFs along with the semiconductor ETF.

On Monday, the global aviation industry ETF closed up 3.23%, the semiconductor ETF rose 2.49%, and the internet stock index ETF, technology industry ETF, global technology stock index ETF, financial industry ETF, and consumer discretionary ETF all rose at least 1.10%. The energy industry ETF fell by 0.3%, and the utility ETF fell by 0.49%. In the 11 sectors of the S&P 500 index, the telecom, information technology/technology, consumer discretionary, and financial sectors all rose at least 1.13%, while the energy sector fell by 0.29%. In the S&P telecom sector, Warner Bros. Discovery rose by 7.28% - second only to AMD in the Nasdaq 100 index components, while Charter Communications fell by 3.47%, performing the worst and leading the Nasdaq 100 index components.
