China Nonferrous Mining Company (01258.HK) subsidiary plans to purchase electrolytic copper for $67.025 million.
China Nonferrous Mining Corporation (01258.HK) announced that on June 16, 2025, CNC Hong Kong Holdings (a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a 2025 purchase agreement with Jikaming for the purchase of high-grade cathode copper. According to the agreement, CNC Hong Kong Holdings will purchase a total of 7,000 metric tons of high-grade cathode copper processed by CNC Huaxin through wet processing for a total price of approximately USD 67.025 million.
