Wisdom Finance and Economics APP news, Sun Paper (02002.HK) announced that on June 16, 2025, Century Sunshine (a subsidiary of the company) entered into a share transfer agreement with the seller (Prince IFFORT), related to Century Sunshine purchasing 40% equity of the joint venture enterprise (Sun Prince (Shouguang) Special Paper Co., Ltd.) from the seller for a price of RMB 85 million (including tax).
