Wisdom Financial News APP reported that China SilverTech (00515.HK) announced that after the relevant resolutions were passed at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, the board of directors declared that all prerequisites for the share consolidation had been met. According to the expected timetable provided in the circular, the share consolidation will take effect on June 16, 2025 (Monday) (which is the second trading day of the Stock Exchange of the relevant resolution being passed). The trading arrangements, fractional share matching, and free issuance of new shares will be implemented according to the timetable in the "Expected Timetable" section of the circular, as well as the revised timetable announced by the company on May 13, 2025.
