Bank of Communications has completed the issuance of 40 billion yuan of TLAC non-capital bonds.

The Bank of Communications announced that, with approval from relevant regulatory authorities, the bank has publicly issued the "Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. 2025 First Tranche Total Loss Absorption Capacity Non-Capital Bonds" on the national interbank bond market, and the issuance was completed on June 16, 2025.
