On June 16th, two residential land parcels in Guangzhou, Guangdong province were sold at the base price. The land parcels are located in Huadu District and Zengcheng District, with a total construction area of 87,375 square meters and a planned construction area of 101,389 square meters. The total transaction amount was 8.94 billion yuan.
