Shenzhen issues orange rainstorm warning signal by zones

In the northwest part of Shenzhen, some streets have already seen around 50 millimeters of rainfall per hour. It is forecasted that in the next 2 hours, there will be around 40 millimeters of rainfall. The Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory has upgraded Guangming District and Baoan District to a severe rain orange warning signal, and the whole city is now in a state of defense against heavy rain. There is a risk of flash flooding in the mentioned areas.
