Bohai Automobile: Intends to acquire 51% stake in Beiqi Mosuo held by Haina Chuan, 51% stake in Langfang Andaotuo, 100% stake in Zhilian Technology, and 50% stake in Leni Wiring Harness.

Bohai Automobile Announcement: The company plans to issue shares to Haina Chuan and pay cash to purchase 51% equity of Beiqi Mosu, 51% equity of Langfang Andor, 100% equity of Zhilian Technology, and 50% equity of Lai Ni Wiring, and raise matching funds. After the completion of the transaction, the company will hold 100% equity of Beiqi Mosu, Langfang Andor, Zhilian Technology, and 50% equity of Lai Ni Wiring. The transaction is subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting, approval by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and registration by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
