Zhtng Cijng APP news, Bangji Technology (603151.SH) announced that the company plans to purchase 100% equity of Shandong Beixi Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., Shandong Ruidong Weili Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., Shandong Xinmu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Technology Co., Ltd., Ruidong Agricultural and Animal Husbandry (Lijin) Co., Ltd., Ruidong Agricultural and Animal Husbandry (Shandong) Co., Ltd., and Ruidong Weili Animal Husbandry (Binzhou) Co., Ltd., as well as 80% equity of Paisyidong Livestock Technology Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. held by Riverstone Farm Pte. Ltd. through the issuance of shares and cash payment.
