In the first 5 months of 2025, the number of recruitment positions in the domestic robot industry increased by 6% compared to the same period last year, while the number of job seekers increased by 32%, achieving a double increase in supply and demand. In the field of humanoid robots, the number of recruitment positions increased by 409% compared to the same period last year, and the number of job seekers increased by 396%, with technical positions accounting for over 60%. In terms of salary, Robot Algorithm Engineers have the highest average recruitment salary at 25,368 yuan per month, and Robot Algorithm Engineers with over 5 years of work experience have an average recruitment salary of up to 33,665 yuan per month.
