Currently, Zhuzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has released the "2025 Housing Development Plan", forecasting that by the end of 2025, the city's permanent population will be 3.837 million, with 12,867 households in newly built commercial housing, following the principle of "people determine houses". It is estimated that the total demand for new commercial housing in the city this year will be 1.573 million square meters, with the demand for commercial housing in the central urban area being 1.018 million square meters.
