Deputy Minister Zhang Yunming of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology met with Deputy Minister Fustinho of the Brazilian Ministry of Communications in Beijing, exchanging views on enhancing cooperation in the development and regulation of the information and communication sector. Zhang Yunming stated that under the strategic guidance of the leaders of both countries, China-Brazil relations are deepening and fruitful cooperation in the field of information and communication has been carried out. China is willing to work with Brazil to fully implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, promote strategic alignment and exchange of management experience in the development of information and communication infrastructure, technology applications, and digital platform regulation, and expand pragmatic cooperation to contribute to the construction of a community of shared future between China and Brazil. Fustinho expressed willingness to further strengthen communication and cooperation between the two ministries to promote interaction and cooperation between enterprises, research institutions, and industry organizations of both sides.
