Baoyuan Investment has used its 6.06 million unrestricted shares in the company as collateral for financing from Nanjing Bank Gaochun Branch, with the pledge expiring on June 15, 2026. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Baoyuan Investment holds 145 million shares of the company, accounting for 19.66% of the total share capital. Among these, 57.96 million shares have been registered for pledge, accounting for 40.09% of the total shares held by Baoyuan Investment and 7.88% of the total share capital of the company.
