Pearl River Beer Announcement: Due to having reached the retirement age, Wang Zhibin, the Chairman of the company, has applied to resign from the positions of Director, Chairman, Chairman of the Board's Strategic Committee, and member of the Nominating Committee. After Wang Zhibin's resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company, and he does not own any shares of the company. The company's Board of Directors has elected Huang Wensheng as the new Chairman, with a term starting from the date of deliberation until the end of the term of the fourth Board of Directors.
