Anmai appoints Yuan Yongmin as the Managing Director of China's restructuring business.

On June 16th, Amay Enterprise Consulting announced the appointment of Yuan Yongmin as the Managing Director of the restructuring business in China. Yuan Yongmin will be based in Shanghai and will be responsible for managing Amay's restructuring business in the Chinese mainland market. Prior to joining Amay, Yuan Yongmin worked at Ernst & Young China for over twenty years, serving as the Managing Partner of Corporate Restructuring Consulting Services in Greater China and the Managing Partner of State-Owned Enterprise Audit Services in Central China.
