According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, recently, Zhongjian Urban Operation and Management Service Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Chunfeng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: urban domestic waste management services; highway management and maintenance; accommodation services; catering services; high-risk sports; residential interior decoration and renovation; heating services, etc. Qi Cha Cha's equity penetration display shows that the company is indirectly wholly-owned by China Construction.
