Hong Kong mobile game developer Black Pupil Technology (DKI.US) goes public in the United States, planning to raise $6 million.

According to the Zhongtong Finance APP, DarkIris Technology, headquartered in Hong Kong, submitted its initial public offering (IPO) application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last Friday. The company plans to issue 1.5 million shares of stock at a price of $4 per share, raising $6 million. Based on the proposed price, DarkIris Technology's market value will reach $70 million.
