Analysts at Belgium's United Bank pointed out in their report that the importance of geopolitical news on Monday supersedes the lackluster economic data schedule and the upcoming 20-year Treasury bond auction by the US Department of the Treasury. The increasingly uncertain environment may make tonight's auction more complicated than last week's well-received 10-year and 30-year Treasury bond issuances.
