According to the Qichacha app, Lan Zhou Jinchuan Nickel Alloy Co., Ltd. was recently established with Wang Jiang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 270 million yuan. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of non-ferrous metal alloys; manufacturing of metal materials; processing of non-ferrous metal rolling; common non-ferrous metal smelting; non-ferrous metal casting; new material technology promotion services; new material technology research and development; and sales of metal materials. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, the company is jointly held by Jinchuan Group Nickel Alloy Co., Ltd., and Lan Zhou Lanshi Super Alloy New Material Co., Ltd. under Lanshi Heavy Equipment.
