Ministry of Transport: Last week, the national railway transportation volume of goods increased by 2.42% compared to the previous week.

According to the Ministry of Transport, from June 9 to June 15, national freight logistics operated in an orderly manner. During this period, the national railways transported a total of 78.156 million tons of goods, an increase of 2.42% compared to the previous period; the total number of trucks passing through the national highways reached 53.284 million, an increase of 2.46%; the monitored ports completed a total cargo throughput of 249.878 million tons, a decrease of 2.15%, with a total container throughput of 6.347 million TEUs, a decrease of 0.69%; civil aviation ensured the operation of 11,800 flights, a decrease of 0.34%; postal and express services handled approximately 3.93 billion parcels, an increase of 0.77% compared to the previous period, and delivered approximately 3.899 billion parcels, an increase of 2.52%.
