Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Market Supervision Administration issued a list of key annual tasks to promote the development of the private economy, formulating 43 key tasks around seven aspects. It combines the "integration of the entire chain, supply of characteristics, and empowerment of brands" to actively create an environment for the development of the private economy with "effective supervision and warm service". The list requires increasing support for the development of private economic entities in relevant industry sectors, promoting precise assistance for individual businesses of different types, promoting the construction of a incubation library for "individual to enterprise" transformation, and piloting the construction of comprehensive service centers for individual businesses. In terms of improving the compliance and credit levels of private economic entities, it promotes guidance on compliant operations for enterprises and builds a "1+N" compliance guidance system; intensively implements the three-year action plan to optimize the consumption environment; strengthens credit repair services and explores offering some credit repair services without application. In terms of regulating administrative law enforcement actions involving private economic entities, it comprehensively implements the version 3.0 of the "Provisions on Punishing Slightly Illegal Acts in the Field of Market Supervision in Jiangsu Province and Reducing Punishments" and expands the scope of the progressive enforcement pilot projects of "credit+". In terms of improving the mechanism for serving private economic entities, it formulates an annual plan for the "Jiangsu Market Supervision Reception Hall" and improves the mechanism for linking with enterprises. In the next step, the Provincial Market Supervision Administration will strengthen overall coordination and tracking of performance, promote the implementation of various tasks, and ensure that the policies and measures to promote the development of the private economy benefit a wide range of private economic entities to the greatest extent.
